The Challenge
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the Accounts department in the following key aspects:
Preparing consolidated statutory and management accounts of the group
Implement and maintain financial and management reporting system including budgetary control, cash flow management, credit and debt management.
Continuously identify areas for improvement in management reporting, operational efficiency and operating costs reduction
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, lawyers and government agencies
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Financial Controller
Requirements
Degree in Accountancy
Min. 5 years post qualifying experience.
Exposure in the relevant industries preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Highly proactive and strong problem solving skills
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
